At Cake Loom, we take pride in baking fresh, high-quality artisanal cakes. Since our products are perishable food items and custom-made, we follow a strict but fair refund policy.

🗓️ 1. Cancellation Policy

Standard Cakes Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. |
| 🎨 |
Custom / Theme Cakes Once preparation for a custom or designer cake has started, no cancellations or refunds will be entertained. |
| ⏱️ |
Same-Day / 3-Hour Express Orders Orders placed for same-day delivery cannot be cancelled or modified once confirmed. |
✅ 2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will only be processed in the following cases:

Non-Delivery If we fail to deliver your order (excluding cases of wrong address or recipient unavailability). |
| 📸 |
Damaged Product If the cake is received in a damaged condition. You must share a photo via WhatsApp or Email within 2 hours of delivery. |
| ❌ |
Wrong Item If you receive a completely different flavour or design than what was ordered. |
⛔ 3. No Refund Cases
Refunds will NOT be provided in the following situations:
| 🚶 | Recipient is not available at the address provided at the time of delivery. |
| 📍 | The delivery address provided is incorrect or incomplete. |
| 🚫 | Recipient refuses to accept the delivery. |
| ⏰ | Quality complaints raised after 4 hours of delivery (cakes must be stored at appropriate temperatures). |
| 🎨 | Minor artistic variations from reference image (handcrafted nature of custom cakes). |

Step 3 — Refund Once approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. |
