🖌️	Handcrafted Nature Every Cake Loom cake is a handcrafted work of art. While we strive to match your chosen design, theme, and reference images as closely as possible, slight variations in colour, texture, and exact design elements may occur.
🌈	Colour Development Food colouring tends to develop and deepen over time. The final product may not be an exact 100% replica of a digital image — making your cake uniquely yours.
📸	Reference Images Reference images shared by customers are used as inspiration. Cake Loom does not guarantee pixel-perfect replication of any third-party design.

🌿	Eggless Range We offer a dedicated range of 100% eggless cakes using premium ingredients.
🥜	Shared Facility Warning Our products are baked in a facility that also handles dairy, nuts, wheat, and soy. While we maintain strict hygiene and cross-contamination protocols, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

🔞	Offensive Content We reserve the right to refuse any custom design requests or messages that are offensive, vulgar, or discriminatory.
⚖️	Illegal Requests Any requests that violate applicable Indian laws will be refused without refund of any advance paid.

✅	Customer Responsibility Please review your order details carefully before confirming — flavour, message, design, and delivery address. Cake Loom is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.
⏰	Modification Window Order modifications are only accepted within 15 minutes of placing the order, subject to preparation status.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
